DISCLAIMER OF LIABLITY AND AGREEMENT TO INDEMNIFY AND DEFEND: By completion and submission of this form YOU AGREE neither the AOAO, its Board of Directors, any Rental Agent, Resort Manager, their respective employees and/or authorized representatives shall be responsible for any loss, damage or injury alleged to have been proximately caused by and/or attributable to the use (and/or misuse) of any access key or device provided at the request or authorization of any owner (or owner’s authorized representative) to a third-party. By completion and submission of this form, YOU ALSO AGREE to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the AOAO, its Board of Directors, Resort Manager, their respective employees and/or authorized representatives from any claim and/or cause action seeking recovery of damages and/or equitable relief allegedly attributable to and/or proximately caused by the use (and/or misuse) of any access key or device provided at the request or authorization of any owner (or owner’s authorized representative) to a third-party.
NOTE: OWNER REPRESENTATIVES seeking access for contractors and/or employees must have separate blanket authorization from Owner(s) on file with the Resort Manager.
